The 64 MW photovoltaic plant of La Jacinta in Uruguay recently started up following completion of the construction. ENERGES has carried out the Electrical Assembly of the plant as the subcontractor for the Spanish EPC contractor, OHL. Being involved in a project of this magnitude is a source of pride for ENERGES who are consolidating their position in Latin America, where they are working on several upcoming projects in countries such as Chile or Uruguay.
This is the largest solar power plant built in Uruguay to date. The project is located in the inland department of Salto.
